Senior Litigation Paralegal

Location: San Francisco, CA | Full-Time

We're assisting our client with a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with 10+ years of litigation experience to support complex, high-stakes matters from case inception through trial. This role requires extensive hands-on trial experience, strong discovery management skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with attorneys and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of discovery, document review, and production.
  • Coordinate court filings, pleadings, briefs, motions, and service of process.
  • Prepare for depositions, witness interviews, hearings, and trials.
  • Organize electronic case files, exhibits, trial notebooks, and trial calendars.
  • Conduct legal and factual research.
  • Perform cite checking, proofreading, and document analysis.
  • Utilize Relativity, Opus 2, AI tools, and other litigation technology platforms.
  • Mentor and support junior paralegals and project assistants.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Extensive in-person trial support experience required.
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Relativity, Opus 2, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office, and legal research tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Intellectual Property and Technology litigation experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
